Structural Furnace Insulation

Application Information: ZRCI Refractory Sheet is used as structural and protective layer in high temperature rapid cycle furnaces and incinerators. They are also used as slide gates and dampers in garbage to electricity incinerator power plants.

RS-100, RS-1200, RS-99R, RSLE-57

RS-100 and RS-1200 is used as the exterior layer of insulation on high temperature furnaces and incinerators. They are strong and will not rust or corrode due to heating and cooling cycles.

RS-100 is used as the exterior layer of insulation on high temperature to hang the low density insulation. RS-99R is used as high temperature wear resident door cowls.

RS-100 and RSLE-57 are used as slide gates dampers in garbage to electricity incinerator power plants.
