TOLERANCE
±1/16″ inside diameter, wall thickness and length.
SURFACE FINISH:
Standard cylinders have textured inside and outside surfaces (which mimics the structure of the reinforcing fabric). Ends are saw cut. Burnished surfaces are available on a custom basis.
CUSTOM CYLINDERS:
Our forming process allows a wide range of cylinders to be made from inside diameter of 3/4″ with lengths to 72″ to inside diameter of 36″ with lengths to 36″ and wall thickness of 1/16″ to 1″.
Tolerance schedules can vary with cylinder size. We can also supply custom geometries such as round corner square cylinders, troughs, oval cylinders, channel, angle, etc. Contact ZIRCAR with your specific requirements.
